P3 subprocessors
A subprocessor is a vendor that processes personal data on P3's behalf. This is every one, with what it does for P3 and where it is. It is the list Section X of the Data Sharing Addendum refers to, rendered from the same record the Security page shows.
P3 gives an institution's administrators at least 30 days notice by email before adding a subprocessor that will process personal data governed by the Addendum. An institution that objects on documented data protection grounds within that period is heard in good faith, and if it cannot be resolved the institution may terminate under clause 16.3 of the Terms.

Stripe appears because it processes an institution's billing contact and payment details. It never receives student data.
